I think this is issue 254 only according to DG's own website.

Interesting...I found the magazine in my local military PX (seeing that local is Seoul...well even more interesting). I had not seen this in the PX before, maybe a new marketing strategy? The cost for the mag is relatively cheap ($4.99 cover, or $4.49 with the standard discount.) I can order the game for $26 more...if I want.
