"Having become interested in this topic recently after reading Tuchman's GUNS OF AUGUST, I had some concern about the choice of SCS to simulate it. The reviewer seems to have shared these concerns and addressed them, so for me the review is right on target! (Although I have purchased the game already it's still in the mail, so I haven't even seen it let alone played it.)"

It doesn't ram an opinion down my throat nor is it sycophantic. All in all I liked the review because it had no agenda beyond an informative slant."

"Seemed to both praise and critique in the same breath (map is eye pleasing/don't like glossy & CRT is a bid odd but has correct feel.) Seemed as though the reviewer was qualifying legit opinions. All the same, this was mentioned!"

"The reviewer hasn't played a campaign game yet! That is the heart and soul of any game, reviewing a game without playing the campaign game is like judging a book by it's cover. Get better reviewers."
