New Axis and Allies Release in the Making? |
As reported by Thrasher's Axis and Allies site on Wargamer.com, Milton Bradley will release a new Axis & Allies game. It is called AXIS & ALLIES - WAR IN EUROPE.
It will be a four player board game. It includes the Allies, The U.S., Great Britain, the USSR and Germany. The game will feature some special Submarine vs Convoy rules. Two new units will be introduced - Artillery and a naval Destroyer. The playing pieces will be totally dedicated to the individual nationalities (T-34's for the Russians, Panthers for the Germans etc.). The games release date will either be late September 99 or early Y2K. This board game will be followed by a CD-ROM version of the game.
