MORSECODE..._, WEST FRONT 1940 TO 1945, (..._ represents the "V" in the morse alphabet for "Victory") is the premiere release of Udo Grebe GameDesign (UGG). MORSECODE..._ is the first part in the Empires of Apocalypse Game Series, eventually covering the whole World War II. All parts of the series can be easily combined into a true mega game of World War II. Future titles in the series will include: TRIUMPH & FALL OF THE DESERT FOX (October release), COLD DAYS IN HELL: EAST FRONT 1936, a Pacific campaign game, and more. UGG is a new company based out of Germany, committed to releasing several wargames, including strategy games, card games, roleplaying titles, and more.
On initial inspection, the game is strikingly similar in look to Australian Design Group's WORLD IN FLAMES, and is the result of three years intensive historical research and game development. All materials are published in English. Anyone interested in a detailed, strategic game on WWII (with plenty of chrome rules without bogging down the system) will want to learn more about this release.
