Game Developer Needed for SILENT WAR

First, many thanks to all the folks who have written and voiced their support for SILENT WAR.

SILENT WAR is an unpublished solitaire simulation of the United State's submarine war against Imperial Japan, 1941 - 1945. It was a game proposal by GamesUSA which since, has merged with Avalanche Press. At the time of the merge, titles by both firms where reassessed and a number fell off the production list, SILENT WAR included.

Thanks to all the folks who have written and voiced their support for SILENT WAR, your patience and help have prevailed. Avalanche Press is going to place this title on the develop-list. Up until now, I have been so snowed under with art for our new titles I have not had time to pursue the SILENT WAR issues. However, now is that time.

We are in need of a final edition Developer for this game. Someone who can take what there is of it now and run with it to finish. Clearly, my support will be there but Mike Beninghof and I just need somebody to round out the corners and get this one ready for final test play. The work level is probably low as most of it is in place but it is work that none-the-less needs to be done. There are a few incentives with the job, ones that I will detail privately, but ones worth the effort.

What we want is a good developer, not a redesigner. Someone who can take the basics and make it into what we see the product to be. Someone who can stay in touch via email and is enough of a self-starter to pull together the disparit strings into a cohesive whole.

I will want to get this into the final stages soon so all interested parties should write me no later than 20th March. Familiarity with the Campaign is of benefit (a reading of SILENT SERVICE is a recommended start - Note: amazon.com list this title as out of print, please hit the book link below for other suggestions!).
