We are in the process of doing final work on our first game production "batch" (For those who didn't already read about this system, I chose to revise our production process to allow even more checks and rechecks before we send out anything for printing...this decision was made after the problems I had with RAGING STORM and SEMPER FI!). The first batch will be released starting at the end of this year, beginning of '99 and will be spread throughout all of 1999. During that time, I'll be finishing the second batch.
The first batch consists of:
GAZALA (SCS)
BURMA (OCS)
MALVERN HILL (CWB)
ASPERN-ESSLING (NBS)
1914 (SCS)The above order isn't the order of publication except that GAZALA will be first.
All of the 1998 Replacement Countersheets have been sent, so if you didn't get one, contact the office and let them know. We have changed our policy on who is considered "active" in order to get the countersheet...if you send in a reply card during the year, you'll get credit...no matter where you bought the game.
Udo Grebe has opened the European Gamers Service Bureau and is available to make purchase easier for our European customers.
A Japanese version of this will be opening shortly.
The replacement Map F for SEVEN PINES has been sent out as well. If you didn't get yours, let the office know...if you got yours at a store, contact the store as they should have your map.
The 1999 Gamers Retreat (Homercon) will be held 16-19 Sept 99. Come one and all. If you need an info packet, get on the list for when Sara sends those out next year.
