These “pieces of eight” games are now being released on a quarterly basis by the Marshal Enterprises Household. New from Marshal Enterprises. La Bataille de Wiederitzsch, 1813 is a free, print-n-play La Bataille series game that combines with La Bataille de Moeckern, 1813 which recreates the desperate battle between Poles and the Russians in the Leipzig cycle of battles on October 16, 1813 at the twin villages of Gross Wiederitzsch and Klein Wiederitzsch near the Saxon city of Leipzig. This entry is part of the “Recession Series” available as free downloads in covering a series of lesser-known corps-on-corps battles from both the Wars of the French Revolution and the Napoleonic Wars.
