The Big Board presents OCS game series tutorial #1 provided by veteran OCS gamers [watch @youtube]
This is pure speculation, but based on this forum posting, my guess is the game will begin shipping to preorders sometime in May and then overseas distributor orders sometime after that (maybe June?). Just my .02 on it! Keep an eye out on CSW News for the latest updates regarding this release.
